The evaluation process, starting with Team Assessment, helps you define your current reality and your ideal benchmarks for top performance. With this information, we can help you identify gaps in your team's current behavior, attitude, and techniques, and develop a customized training plan to close those gaps.
How does it work?
Basically, everyone involved in the department ranks statements on how important they are to the team's success and how effective you are at them. Then a report is generated on the gaps, and it tells you which ones are most critical from the employee's and manager’s perspective.
It should only take about 15-20 minutes of each person’s time, and the results should help you and the team get on the same page with regards to your strength and weaknesses.
Specific training and coaching is then customized to fit each individual’s growth plan. Additionally, reassessing after a period of training gauges the improvement made in specific areas.
There are currently surveys available for general management, sales management, sales, professional services, and customer care teams.
